I joined the service in 22.6.1970 as Assistant Compiler (KPO) Key Punch Operator ( TECHNICAL CADRE DESIGNATION IN CENSUS COMMISSIONERS OFFICE, MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS ) in the scale of 110 - 180 and later I got promoted to next grade on 6.2.1979 as Computor in the scale of 330 - 560 and later I got promoted to the post of Statistical Assistant on 1.11.1990 and the same cadre was redesignated as Statistical Investigator Gr.III and now i got my promotion on 18.12.2008 as Statistical Investigator Gr.II and on 30.4.2010 i was elevated to the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.I Group "B" Gazetted.

Sir,we r central govt employee but when we are posted at GOAW,Neemuch & Ghazipur , we have 2 work for 6 days in a week(while staff at other offices works only 5 days) which is equal to 32.5 days extra duty in a year.Can we compensated for these extra days. Pl help us .

I am an officer in Central govt, in grade pay of Rs 8700, in pay band 4 as a doctor. I have some confront with my boss on officil matters & functioning of my office . Boss is interfering in my daily functionig being non professional ,non technical officer, like he wants to detail emergency duties to paramedical staff inside the hospital by his approval against the laid down policy that said duty will be assigned by MOIC & passing direct orders to paramedical & medical staff to move outside for rouitine duties without informing me & consulting me as controlling Authority. & MOIC. To run the office as per rules in a stressfree atmosphere ,I have requested interview of Director general which is allowed by the DG,but he refused for providing air ticket from duty point in kolkata to New Delhi on the pretext of TA RULE SR 132, Govt Of India's decision, para 2. sub para-2 . kindly inform me above policies on the matter as up to which extent ,HOO can interfere in hospital functioning being non professional man & am I entiltled for TA &DA for interview of DG as it is official matter that to be discussed & sorted out? I was appointed as hindi typist in central govt oranisaiton which is a autonomous body. the pay scale for hindi typist in all govt. offices including postal department is Rs.4000-6000/- (pre rivised) but in autonomous body it was 3050-4590/-. to promote official language in all central govt.autonomous organisaitons the pay scale of hindi typist has to be eqalised to 4000-6000/- with retrospective effect at par with otehr govt. organsations as the usage of official language is common.
instead of recruiting Assistant post on adhoc basis, the staff recruited like LDC/UDC during 1992 to till date are to be considered for promotion on adhoc basis and to be upgraded to Assistant cadre.
DA will be released from time to time every six months equally to central govt. employees viz group A to D. since group A and B are drawing more salary approx. 30 thousand and above, it is informed to release the DA% at lower level ie., 2% to group A and 5% to group B and full percentage to group C and D category so that huge amount can be saved by govt.
there are many promotional avenues avaliable to group 'A' category, wherein for group 'C' category there is no promotional avenues except ACP after completion of 12 years. the promotion may be considered within a span of 5 to 8 years to group 'C' as the maximum quantum of work done by these group 'C' category in all central govt. orranisaitons compare to group 'A'.

I am PA SBCO in Rajasthan Circle. I was selected/ recurited in 28.09.2003 but I got training orders in March 2004. Thats why I came into CPF category. the time between my selection/ recutirement was selected no where . Due to neglegance of DOP and Eduucation Board I did not get training orders before December 2003. Due to non availablity of seats for taining in Saharanpur PTC I drew back in CPF Scheme. RP Rules 2010 says that increment should be given at 3% 0f basic pay which is to be rounded off to the next multiple of 10. Though there is no other provision for rounding of fractions my Government clarified that if 3% of basic pay is 670.3/540.8/400.5, etc. the fraction should be ignored and the increment rate will be 670/540/400 instead of 680/550/410. I had availed Child Care Leave, but I did not receive full DA, no increment till I joined and no TA, Is there a rule like this in the Government while availing Child Care leave
I have visited NER in the month of May, 2010 by Pvt Airline as per OM dated 02.05.2008 and 14.05.2008. Also please refer OM F. No. No.19024/1/2009-E.IV dated 16.09.2010 regarding regarding relaxation for travel by Airlines other than Indian airlines.
Now the Question is whether I am eligible for LTC claim for travel to NER by Private airlines as above mentioned OM.

Sir, I joined govt job as a LDC in 1991 and went to other department in the year of 2002(during the period of deputation I got promoted to the Post of UDC, which I had to forgo as I was getting higher pay and allowance compare to UDC prmotion and that too with outstation posting) on deputation for 3 years, and came to my parents department in the year of 2006 where I had applied for my first ACP which was due in 2003, but on my request my department replied that since I had forgo my promotion in the year 2004 I am not eligible for ACP. I want to know that where as per new MSCP scheme would I be eligible for first MSCP or not secondly i would like to mentioned that i received my promotion in the year of 2004 whereas I had completed my 12 years service in the year 2003. Pls let me know what to do in this case.

Respected Sir, Staff selection Commission is conducting Combined Graduate Level Examination 2011 in the month of June 2011. Earlier Income Tax Inspector was a Group C post.Now it is a Group B post since all posts of Grade Pay of Rs 4200 & above are in group B now.Will Ex servicemen still be entitled for reservation and same age relaxation for these posts.If not, what will be Maximum age for Ex Servicemen for these posts?

sir, I am working in a psu as hindi translator gr-II for the last 15 yrs. before becoming the psu w.e.f. 01-11-98 some departmental candidate from other cadres were working as adhoc translator that as and when regular hindi translator will join they(adhoc) transaltor will be revert back to their parent cadre. but it has not been done. They (adhoc) trnslator given notional senioriy and benefit of length service and all direct recruited translator made en-block junior to all of them. Is it right sir. A case of same is pending in courts regarding seniority. kindly help us sir.
i have submitted my TA claims where proformas TR-25A GAR-14-A were made in computer and all required particulars like date, time, kms amount etc., were also filled using computer. but my office has returned the claims stating that the TA bills proforma was changed and not as per form No. TR-25A GAR-14-A. kindly confirm whether action taken by my office is correct or not?

sir , my self central government employee joinded in 2001 on scale 6500-200-10500 and promoted on 2005 on 7450 scale but in six pay these both scale merged. I have to know may i eligible for MACP after 10 years on same grade pay which 4600 to next higer grade pay 5400 on 2011.
Sir i am an employee of indian railways through UPSC.Before joining Railways I m working as JTO in BSNL. at the time of applying for UPSC i was not the employee of BSNL. now BSNL is asking for Bond amount saying that i have not taken NOC. railway is ready to absorb BSNL bond. but BSNL was not transferring the bond.. kindly help me by telling is there any rule for transferring the bond in this case.plz reply as soon as possible.

Any news on conversion of CPF of NIT teachers to Pension
I am working for Labour Department and extensively to travel every month either to Mangalore or Hubli, i like to travel by way of Road (Public Transport) since the time taken over Rail Journey is very less i.e., i can reach Hubli in six hours rather than travelling by Rail which takes around nine hours. For Mangalore also it is the same position.
The rates by Road is less than II TierAC by Volvo AC Bus and is there any order so that i can claim volvo rates.

What is your opinion, if a defence officer takes premature retirement with pension and joins at a senior post with more grade pay then he was drawing while in defence in an Autonomous Institute established by the act of parliament. The funds to the institute are allocated by government as grant-in-aid.
How his pay shall be fixed?
Will this be treated as re-employment or fresh appointment?
